Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our team with client management and bookkeeping. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive excellent service and that our financial records are accurately maintained.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, and following up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Create and maintain a schedule for the photography team, ensuring that photoshoots are scheduled efficiently and that all team members are aware of their schedules.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to ensure that client needs are met and that each photoshoot runs smoothly.
  • Provide support to the lead photographer as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Assistant Photographer

Location: Abuja / Lagos Nigeria

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Photographer to join our team. As the Assistant Photographer, you will be responsible for assisting the lead photographer in various stages of photoshoots, including preparation, setup, and post-production. Your primary focus will be to support the lead photographer and ensure that each photoshoot runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and setup of photoshoots, including equipment and props.
  • Provide support during photoshoots, including carrying equipment, adjusting lighting, and taking test shots.
  • Collaborate with the lead photographer to ensure that each photoshoot meets the client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Assist with post-production tasks, including editing and retouching images.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment storage and inventory.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the photography team.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; photography-related education or experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with photography equipment and software, including cameras, lights, and editing programs.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Photo Editor to join our team at Bedge Pictures. As the Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing and refining the images captured by our photographers, ensuring that each image meets the high standards set by our company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and retouch digital images, using software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Work closely with the photography team to ensure that each image meets the client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure that all images are consistent in terms of style, color, and overall quality.
  • Manage and organize image files, ensuring that images are stored securely and can be easily retrieved as needed.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the photography team.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a photo editor in a professional setting.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with the photography team and clients.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
